* WHEN...Until 345 PM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 342 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rain is expected through this afternoon. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
