Potomac River at Shepherdstown affecting Washington, Jefferson and Berkeley Counties. Potomac River at Edwards Ferry affecting Western Loudoun, Northwest Montgomery and Eastern Loudoun zones. Potomac River at Point of Rocks affecting Frederick MD and Western Loudoun zones. Conococheague Creek at Fairview affecting Washington County. Opequon Creek near Martinsburg affecting Jefferson and Berkeley Counties. Monocacy River near Frederick affecting Frederick MD zone. For the Potomac River...including Paw Paw, Hancock, Shepherdstown, Harpers Ferry, Point of Rocks, Edwards Ferry, Little Falls... flooding is possible.
