* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Scioto River at Circleville.
* WHEN...Until early Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Serious flooding occurs mainly west of Circleville along Mill and Canal Roads, as well as Island Road and State Route 762. Backwater flooding along Big Darby Creek causes flooding along roadways. The City of Circleville itself is not affected until a stage near 30 feet.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 19.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.9 feet early Thursday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Saturday evening. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* AFFECTED AREAS: PICKAWAY, OH
