* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Scioto River at Circleville.
* WHEN...Until Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Serious flooding occurs west of Circleville along Mill and Canal Roads, as well as Island Road and State Route 762. Backwater flooding can be expected near Big Darby Creek, while Cooks Creek Golf Course is flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 19.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.3 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* AFFECTED AREAS: PICKAWAY, OH
