* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Big Darby Creek at Darbyville.
* WHEN...Until early Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Lowland flooding occurs along Big Darby Creek in Pickaway, Franklin and Madison Counties. Portions of Darby Creek Road north of Darbyville become flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 12.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.8 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this evening. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* AFFECTED AREAS: FRANKLIN, OH ... PICKAWAY, OH
