Update: Arrest Warrant Canceled for Second Suspect in El Ranchito Armed Robbery; Abigail Guerrero, 30, Bellevue
A felony arrest warrant for a 30-year-old Bellevue woman with charges in connection to a reported armed robbery at El Ranchito, 240. S. Webster Avenue has been canceled.
Abigail Guerrero appeared in Brown County Circuit Court on April 1, 2024. A warrant was issued for her arrest on March 13, 2024, following charges being filed against her in the case.
The Brown County District Attorney’s Office charged Guerrero on March 12, 2024:
- Armed Robbery – PTAC, as a Party to a Crime
- Obstructing an Officer
When speaking with police about the incident on February 17, 2024, Guerrero identified the suspect as a male and gave a description but claimed to have never seen the suspect before and was unsure of who he was but was afraid that he might shoot her.
Reinaldo Fuentes-Nietzsche, 26, Bellevue has also been charged in connection with this case.
This remains an active investigation. Nothing further will be released at this time.
