ROAD CLOSURE: Mon Apr 8 8a-4p - Single lane traffic on Route 20 by courthouse due to building demolition. Use alternate routes. 
The Upshur County Commission has contracted with Reclaim Company, LLC for the demolition of the 3 story structure located at 18 S Locust Street, Buckhannon on Monday April 8th beginning approximately 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. For public safety, it will be necessary to close the Northbound lane of S Locust Street during demolition. Flaggers will be in place to alternate traffic flow. Chancery Street will be closed in the area of the demolition. Franklin St will be closed at S Locust. Alternate route North is S Kanawha Street to Main Street. Weather or other unforeseen conditions may cause the date or times to change.
