* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following counties, Belmont, Carroll, southeastern Columbiana, southern Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson OH, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas and West Virginia, including the following counties, Brooke, Hancock, Marshall, Ohio and Wetzel.

* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 842 PM EDT, emergency management reported numerous road closures throughout the region due to flooding from heavy rain yesterday. Flooding remains ongoing as an estimated 2 to 3 inches fell. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
