1. Battery on an Officer (1138) Hammer Lane and Kelley Drive, Lakeview District
Officers responded to the listed location on a report that the suspect was in the middle of the intersection. Officers contacted the suspect, who failed to follow commands. When the officers attempted to detain the suspect, she attempted to strike an officer and then spat on two officers. The suspect was taken into custody without further incident. ARRESTED: Destiny Leeberry, 26, for resisting arrest and battery on an officer.
