* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Water covers low spots near the concrete factory on River Road and Slate Road near the Ralston railroad crossing. At 16.0 feet, Water floods portions of River Road below the Route 30 bridge. At 17.0 feet, Several feet of water covers portions of River Road near the US Route 30 bridge.
