Missing Juvenile at Risk
On April 4, 2024, at approximately 2:00 a.m. hours, Petaluma Police Department responded to a report of a missing juvenile at risk, Anna Joy Higgins (13 years old). Anna left her residence at some time after 0200 hours. Anna Joy did not provide a destination; however, she left the residence with a small gym style duffle bag. Anna Joy does not have her cell phone. All of Anna Joy’s local hangouts were checked with negative results. Additionally, the local bus companies were also notified to contact the Petaluma Police Department if they observe anyone matching the below description.
Anna Joy is believed to be wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with white writing, black sweatpants, unknown style shoes, wearing a cross necklace and carrying a small duffel bag. Anna Joy is a Hispanic Female Juvenile, 5-06, 180 lbs., with black hair and hazel eyes.
