In January, police took a report from a Millstadt resident who lost/misliad her debit card. The card was unlawfully used at multiple locations in Belleville. Several Millstadt Officers were a part of an investigation which required the obtaining of multiple store surveillance videos and obtaining witness statements. Two suspects were identified. Upon a complete and thorough investigation the report was submitted to the St. Clair County State's Attorney.
The following two subjects were charged with Theft:
Leslie Harrell, 64 of Belleville.
Patricia A. Norsigian, 58 of Belleville.
