* WHAT...Southeast winds 35 to 40 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, and southeast Nebraska.

* WHEN...From noon to 10 PM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Motorists in agricultural areas should be prepared for rapid visibility restrictions from blowing dust.
