* IMPACTS...Damaging winds may blow down trees and power lines. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Strong winds may result in areas of blowing dust and poor visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strong winds will cause very dangerous fire weather conditions, even in areas where relative humidity doesn't fall to critical levels.
