* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong mountain waves could result in erratic high winds through the early afternoon. Sudden gusts of wind will be possible including along Interstate 25.
