* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Collin and Dallas counties.

* WHEN...Until 700 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain which is causing urban and small stream flooding. Low lying and/or poor drainage areas are already experiencing minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dallas, Plano, Garland, Irving, Mesquite, McKinney, Richardson, Allen, Rowlett, Desoto, Cedar Hill, Wylie, Duncanville, and University Park.
