* WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Up to 2 inches of rain has already fallen across portions of interior Southeast Texas and Central Louisiana over the past 24 hours. An additional 2 to 5 inches may occur through through Wednesday Afternoon.
