SUSPECT(S): David Yohanna, 63 year-old male, resident of Running Springs
Michael Hansen, 54 year-old male, resident of Crestline

SUMMARY: On Monday, March 25, 2024, deputies assigned to the Twin Peaks Station conducted a decoy operation at vape shops located within the Twin Peaks Station jurisdiction, which resulted in one arrest.
Investigators responded to Vanity Vape, located at 280 Highway 173 in Lake Arrowhead; David Yohanna sold a nicotine product to the underage decoy. A report was taken and will be forwarded to the District Attorney's office pending PC 308(A) charges.
Investigators responded to Mountain Smoke Shop, located at 23736 Lake Drive in Crestline. Michael Hansen sold a nicotine product to the underage decoy. During the contact, Hansen was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Investigators authored and served a search warrant at the business. The evidence located at the location included suspected methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and a loaded firearm. Hansen was a convicted felon who was prohibited from owning/possessing firearms or ammunition. Hansen was transported and booked at Central Detention Center for violating PC 29800(A)(1) Felon in Possession of a firearm and HS 11370.1(A) Possession of Drugs while Armed.
