* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. 1.5 to 2.25 inches of rain is likely with locally higher amounts possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana, including the following areas, Adams, Allen IN, Blackford, Cass IN, De Kalb, Fulton IN, Grant, Huntington, Jay, Lagrange, Miami, Noble, Northern Kosciusko, Southern Kosciusko, Steuben, Wabash, Wells and Whitley and northwest Ohio, including the following areas, Allen OH, Defiance, Fulton OH, Henry, Paulding, Putnam, Van Wert and Williams.

* WHEN...From Wednesday evening through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. High water is also possible in low-lying ditches, fields, and roads.
