Chino Hills Deputies Identify Suspects in March Burglary Investigation, Suspects Linked to Ventura Burglary

LOCATION: Paisley Street and Peyton Drive, Chino Hills
SUSPECT(S): Luis Rivera-Alarcon, a 56-year-old resident of Los Angeles / Sandra Ramos, a 31-year-old resident of Los Angeles
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Friday, March 15, 2024, a residential burglary was reported on Paisley Street near Peyton Drive in Chino Hills. Chino Hills detectives assumed the investigation and worked to identify the suspects involved. Detectives collaborated with other local law enforcement agencies, and through investigation, Luis Rivera-Alarcon and Sandra Ramos, both residents of Los Angeles, were identified as the suspects.
On Tuesday, April 2, 2024, Rivera-Alarcon and Ramos were contacted and arrested for a residential burglary in Ventura County. Both suspects were on supervised release for residential burglary at the time of the crime. Rivera-Alarcon was booked in at the West Valley Detention Center while Ramos remains in custody in Ventura County.
