The Yorktown Consolidated Water District will be flushing fire hydrants between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. today on the following streets: Crompond Rd., Lexington Ave., Dyckman Rd., Grant Ave., Foxhall St., Sherman Ct., Jackson St., Amazon Rd., Oak St., High St., Maqua Pl., Mogul Park, Uncas St., Sylvan Rd., Knollwood Ct., Dale St., Tioga Ln., Donald Ct., Wenonah Trail, Parmly Rd., Parmly Ct., Lincoln Dr., Lawrence Rd., Lakefront Dr., Crawford Rd., Horton Rd., Decatur Rd., Rock Hill Rd.

Your water may be discolored during the hydrant flushing. Try to avoid doing laundry during this period. Upon completion, please flush your cold water line until clear should you experience discolored water.
