EVENING THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall will be possible. 1.5
to 2.25 inches of rain is likely with locally higher amounts.
* WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana, including the following
areas, Adams, Allen IN, Blackford, Cass IN, De Kalb, Fulton IN,
Grant, Huntington, Jay, Lagrange, Marshall, Miami, Noble, Northern
Kosciusko, Pulaski, Southern Kosciusko, Starke, Steuben, Wabash,
Wells, White and Whitley and northwest Ohio, including the
following areas, Allen OH, Defiance, Fulton OH, Henry, Paulding,
Putnam, Van Wert and Williams.
* WHEN...From 8 PM EDT /7 PM CDT/ this evening through Friday
morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be
flooded.
