SUSPECT 1: Matthew Puerto, an 18-year-old resident of Ontario
SUSPECT 2: 16-year-old male juvenile

SUMMARY: On Friday, April 5, 2024, Chino Hills deputies were notified of significant graffiti vandalism at an apartment complex in the 15900 block of Pomona Rincon Road in Chino Hills. Deputies conducted an investigation and identified the two suspects responsible for the vandalism.
On Monday, April 8, 2024, deputies assigned to the Chino Hills Multi-Enforcement Team (M.E.T.) contacted the 18-year-old suspect, Matthew Puerto, in Ontario. Puerto was arrested and booked into the West Valley Detention Center for felony vandalism. On Tuesday, April 9, 2024, M.E.T. deputies contacted the 16-year-old suspect and arrested him for felony vandalism. The juvenile was released to his parents.
