Missing 76 year-old woman, Donnita Hall, last seen at 9:30 am today walking near the 200 block of La Quinta Drive in Windsor. Donnita is a white woman, 5’6”, with long grey hair and brown eyes. Donnita was last seen wearing a turquoise shirt and black pants.
