* WHERE...A portion of north central Texas, including the following counties, Collin and Rockwall.

* WHEN...Until 700 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is ongoing or imminent. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through urban drainage systems.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dallas, Plano, Garland, McKinney, Richardson, Allen, Rowlett, Wylie, Rockwall, Sachse, Murphy, Royse City, Fairview, Heath, Princeton, Fate, Lucas, Parker, Farmersville and Lowry Crossing.

* AFFECTED AREAS: COLLIN, TX ... ROCKWALL, TX
