The City of Norco has initiated a community-wide effort to develop its 2050 General Plan, which will ultimately keep Norco, Norco, and create a shared vision for growth and development that reflects the community’s values, needs and voices. Community members are invited to a free Open House to learn more about the General Plan and explore ideas for the future based on what we’ve heard from the community so far.
The City of Norco is still in the early engagement/envisioning phase of the General Plan Process (click to view process timeline), and it's important to clarify that a final plan has not been created and is not being proposed or adopted. The Open House will allow community members to give feedback on ideas that have been proposed by fellow community members during recent community outreach events.
All community members are encouraged to attend the Open House to share their ideas, give feedback on others' ideas, and help envision the future of Norco’s neighborhoods, parks, business corridors, streets, trails, and community character.
