* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Yalobusha at Whaley.
* WHEN...Until early Sunday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 23 feet, Minor flooding of lowland and agricultural land is occurring. At 24 feet, Widespread flooding of agricultural land is occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 23.1 feet and slowly rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 25 feet Thursday evening. - Flood stage is 21 feet.
* AFFECTED AREAS: CARROLL, MS ... LEFLORE, MS
