* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 429 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain had fallen. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. - The Flatrock River and its tributaries will be one of the primary areas impacted by this flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
