* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central Indiana, including the following counties, Decatur, Rush and Shelby.

* WHEN...Until 1030 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 429 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain had fallen. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. - The Flatrock River and its tributaries will be one of the primary areas impacted by this flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Shelbyville, Greensburg, Rushville, Adams, Flat Rock, Milford, Geneva, St. Paul, Carthage, Milroy, Moscow, Manilla, Arlington, Sandusky, New Salem, Waldron, Clarksburg and Mays. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
