Activity for April 9, 2024:

• Officer Kuhn made contact with a subject in the 200 block of East Washington Avenue. A 23-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
• Officer Fugate, Officer Goings, and Officer Soloman responded to the 100 block of East Porter Street for a warrant pick-up. A 27-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
• Officer Simon was dispatched to a domestic dispute near West Biddle Street and South Blackstone Street. A 43-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
• Officer Bean made contact with a subject at North West Avenue and West Ganson Street. A 38-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
• Officers responded to the 100 block of North Gorham Street for a possible weapons complaint.
• Officers visited multiple schools during the day.
• Sergeant Stanton and Officer Bean were dispatched to the 1200 block of Hamlin Place for a warrant pick-up. A 36-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant. Possession of narcotics charges will be sought on the male.
• Sergeant Stanton and Officer Bean responded to the 200 block of West Washington Avenue for a parole check. A 36-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant. Charges will also be sought for possession of narcotics.
• Sergeant Burkart and Detective Klimmer were dispatched to Warwick Court for a parole check. A 26-year-old male was arrested for parole violation.
• Officer Tripp made contact with subjects near Townley Street and East Addison Street. A 52-year-old female was arrested for violation of a personal protection order.
• Officers responded to the 1000 block of East Ganson Street for a shooting. The victim received minor cuts to their face from glass breaking. Two suspects have been identified.
• Officer Tripp was dispatched to the 900 block of George Street for a threats report. A 41-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault; 2 counts of felonious assault on an officer; 4 counts of assault on an officer; and resisting and obstructing.
• Officers responded to a domestic dispute in the 1100 block of South Milwaukee Street. A 23-year-old male was arrested for felonious domestic assault.
• Officer Reynaga was dispatched to the 200 block of Third Street for a disorderly subject. A 42-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
