For the Salamonie River...including Warren, Portland...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN, Wabash, Logansport...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Tiffin River...including Stryker...Minor flooding is forecast.
