Salamonie River at Portland affecting Jay County. For the Salamonie River...including Warren, Portland...Moderate flooding is forecast. For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Salamonie River at Portland.

* WHEN...Until early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, The parking lot of the Portland Water Park is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:45 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 13.8 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 1:45 PM EDT Thursday was 13.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.1 feet this evening.
