* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...The following counties in east central Indiana, Union and Wayne. The following counties in west central Ohio, Darke and Preble.
* WHEN...Until 1145 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 710 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Eaton, Liberty, New Paris, New Madison, Fountain City, West College Corner, Salem, Abington, Brownsville, Wayne Lakes, Eldorado, West Manchester, College Corner, Spring Grove, Bethel, Hollansburg, Boston, Castine and Whitewater.
