* At 857 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Seagrove, or 8 miles southeast of North Carolina Zoo, moving northeast at 60 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include... Sanford, Asheboro, Pittsboro, Carthage, Siler City, North Carolina Zoo, Biscoe, Goldston, Seagrove, and Liberty.
