Mississinewa River near Ridgeville. .Rainfall of 1.5 inches to over 3 inches fell over central Indiana over the last couple of days. This is bringing most waterways out of their banks and producing minor flooding in most locations in central Indiana. Moderate flooding is occurring on the Mississinewa River near Ridgeville.
