Flood Warning until 08:30AM

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of central and southern West Virginia, including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Clay, Nicholas and Roane. In southern West Virginia, Boone, Fayette, Kanawha and Raleigh.

* WHEN...Until 830 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, larger creeks and streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 555 AM EDT, Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Clay, Montgomery, Clendenin, Cedar Grove, East Bank, Glasgow, Smithers, Gauley Bridge, Pratt, Glen, Powellton, Burnwell, Amma, Bald Knob, Whitesville, Handley, Sylvester, Pond Gap, Bentree and Indore. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions:
