* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind gusts up to 45 mph today and tonight coupled with an extremely saturated ground due to several inches of rain received in the past 24 hours may result in downed trees and power lines.
