* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, If gage reading at Kinder reaches 18 feet, flooding begins to cut off some of the roads around Topsy in Northwest Jefferson Davis Parish.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 14.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight and continue rising to a crest of 18.5 feet Sunday evening. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
