Tragic Motor Vehicle Crash, Involving 5 Vehicles, Results in Fatal and Serious Life-Threatening Injuries 
On Thursday, April 11, 2024, at approximately 6:37 PM, officers from the Absecon Police Department responded to a motor vehicle crash involving 5 vehicles. The incident took place on U.S. Route 30 (Absecon Boulevard) at the intersection of Mill Road.
One operator involved in the crash tragically lost their life, while another sustained life-threatening injuries and was promptly transported to AtlantiCare – City Campus for immediate medical attention.
The circumstances surrounding the crash are currently under investigation by our agency’s Traffic Safety Unit. We are actively seeking any witnesses or individuals with relevant information to come forward.
