* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following counties, eastern Belmont, southeastern Columbiana, Jefferson OH and eastern Monroe, Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Allegheny, southern Armstrong, Beaver, southern Butler, Fayette, Greene, west central Indiana, southern Lawrence, Washington and western Westmoreland, and West Virginia, including the following counties, Brooke, Hancock, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, north central Preston and Wetzel.

* WHEN...Until 200 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations will continue. Area creeks and streams have began to fall, but numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 630 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain in the warned area. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
