* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, If gage reading at Kinder reaches 18 feet, flooding begins to cut off some of the roads around Topsy in Northwest Jefferson Davis Parish.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 15.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning and continue rising to 18.5 feet early Wednesday afternoon. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
