Burn Ban Issued 4/14 for Bad River Reservation 
BURN BAN NOTICE
As of Sunday, April 14th, 2024:
ALL burning on the Bad River Reservation is banned due to elevated fire danger.
This restriction is in effect for Sunday (Apr 14) and Monday (Apr 15).
Other burning restrictions may be in place outside of the Bad River Reservation, check Wisconsin DNR website for those restrictions. People cause 98% of wildfires statewide.
Ceremonial fires are still allowed within the Reservation boundary, but maximum safety precautions must be followed, and the Chief Warden must be notified of the general location beforehand.
