Mahwah water dept hydrant flushing program. starts today. 
Good Morning, The Mahwah water dept. will flushing fire hydrants on the following streets today. In the Fardale section of town as follows. Green Way, Leona Terr, Murray Ave, Vanderbeck Ln, Valentine Ct, Rae Ave, & Walnut St. In the West Mahwah section it will be all steets from Jersey Ave up to Brook St. if you live in the area of any steets above and you experience discolored water RUN THE COLD SIDE OF YOUR FAUCETS ONLY until they run clear. please avoid doing laundry during flushing hours of 9AM-2PM if you live in the area.
