INCIDENT: Death Investigation
LOCATION: 26900 block of Lakeview Drive, Helendale
SUSPECT(S): Aaron Fulkerson, 44-year-old Male, Resident of Helendale
VICTIM(S): Ondrea Fulkerson, 47-year-old Female, Resident of Helendale
SUMMARY: On Sunday, April 14, 2024, at approximately 5:37 p.m., deputies from the Sheriff’s Victor Valley station were requested to respond to a home in the 26900 block of Lakeview Drive, for a medical aid call. The reporting party indicated a man and woman were possibly deceased inside the home.
Upon arriving, deputies located husband and wife, 44-year-old Aaron Fulkerson and 47-year-old Ondrea Fulkerson, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Aaron and Ondrea were pronounced deceased at the scene.
Detectives with the Sheriff’s Specialized Investigations Division responded and assumed the investigation. Initial investigation indicates Aaron shot Ondrea and then shot himself. The official cause and manner of death are pending autopsy.
