Saturday, April 20 – 4th annual SWAP & DONATION PICK-UP
10:00am to 12:00pm – A Neighborhood SWAP: Place unwanted household items & goods curbside, for your neighbors to take, and go hunting for new treasures to bring home. No registration required.
Beginning at 1:00pm – Charitable Donation PICK-UPS: For eligible items, our charity partners Agrace and Goodwill will perform no-contact pick-ups directly from your driveway. Registration required by Wednesday 4/17. See list of eligible donations and sign up today: https://www.shorewoodhillsgreenteam.org/events/swap
 
Friday, May 3-Sunday, May 5Village’s annual Spring Cleaning Dumpster event. From 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on these dates, the Village Crew will have two 30-yard dumpsters at the Public Works Building (1008 Shorewood Blvd) for residents to dispose of items that are not fit for swapping or donating. There will also be a truck to collect recyclable metal items. Sunday, May 5Residential Computer/Electronics Recycling Roundup. From 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, the Shorewood Hills EMS & Fire Association will be conducting a recycling event. Residents of the Village may bring old computers and home electronics to the Public Works Building (1008 Shorewood Blvd) to be properly disposed of. Computer monitors, laptops, TVs and some other items have a modest cost to be recycled because of the materials involved. But, most things can be recycled for free. Saturday, May 11Annual Garden Club Plant & Mulch Sale. From 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, the Garden Club will be selling plants and mulch from the Public Works Building (1008 Shorewood Blvd).

Saturday, June 15Pellitteri Shred-It Event. From 8:00 am to 10:00 am, Pellitteri will have its shred-it truck at the Public Works Building (1008 Shorewood Blvd) to provide shredding services. See the upcoming May Village Bulletin for more information.
