The Yorktown Consolidated Water District will be flushing fire hydrants between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. today on the following streets:  Stoney St.,  Spruce St., High Point Dr., Sunny Ridge Rd., Peach Ct., Sunny Ct., North Shelley St., Shelly Ct., Poe Ct., Christina Ln., Ivy Rd., Arch Dr., and Audra Ct.

Your water may be discolored during the hydrant flushing. Try to avoid doing laundry during this period. Upon completion, please flush your cold water line until clear should you experience discolored water.
