* WHERE...Calcasieu River near Kinder.
* WHEN...Until Thursday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, If gage reading at Kinder reaches 18 feet, flooding begins to cut off some of the roads around Topsy in Northwest Jefferson Davis Parish.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 18.3 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:15 AM CDT Tuesday was 18.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 18.5 feet this afternoon.
