Deputies received information that Latisha Richardson was involved in a verbal altercation with the victim. During the altercation Richardson brandished a firearm and threatened to kill the victim.
When deputies arrived at the scene and contacted Richardson, she was no longer in possession of a firearm. Richardson’s boyfriend, Kweisi Thomas, arrived at the scene while the deputies were conducting their investigation. Thomas was identified as possibly being involved in the original disturbance.
