* Locations impacted include... Kendallville, Avilla, Albion, Waterloo, Rome City, Ashley, Hudson, Corunna, Green Center, Lisbon, Fairfield Center, Merriam, and Sedan. This includes Interstate 69 in Indiana between mile markers 332 and 338.
