Narrative:
On April 16th, Detectives with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Lynwood, CA resident suspected of committing commercial burglaries in Ventura County.

On December 29th, 2023, at approximately 3:00 am, suspects forced entry into a pharmacy in the city of Simi Valley.  Over the next hour, these same suspects forced entry into two additional pharmacies in Thousand Oaks.  However, the suspects were unable to access pharmaceutical products at the three locations due to strong, interior security measures in place.

A thorough investigation by detectives identified one of the suspects as Daniel Godinez.  On April 16th, detectives located and arrested Godinez at his residence in Lynwood.  Godinez was booked into the Ventura County Pre-Trial Detention Facility on the charge of 459PC, Burglary, with a bail amount of $50,000.  Godinez is scheduled for arraignment in Ventura County Superior Court on April 18th, at 1:30 pm.
