SUBJECT: Armed robbery suspect taken into custody
LOCATION: 3700 block of Marlborough Avenue,Unincorporated Redwood City
DATE/TIME: April 18th 2024
Media Information: An armed robbery occurred within Redwood City limits in the past three weeks. Redwood City Police Department detectives were able to determine that the primary suspect was Milpitas resident Jeffrey Tabron Jr (36). Detectives were able to confirm that Tabron was staying at a residence on the 3700 block of Marlborough Avenue in Unincorporated Redwood City.
The RCPD Special Response Team aided by members of the San Mateo Police Department SWAT Team and the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team, served a search warrant at the residence. Tabron was arrested for felony armed robbery as well as an arrest warrant for a probation violation. No one was injured during the operation.
